Gianluigi è una guida di grande esperienza e una persona estremamente disponibile e alla mano. Ci siamo affidati a lui per una pescata dalla barca a lampughe utilizzando la tecnica della mosca. Grande divertimento e belle catture nonostante le condizioni meteo non ottimali. Torneremo sicuramente a fargli visita nella sua Monterosso.

If you're near Cinque Terre and you fly fish, you must, fish with Gianluigi. Fantastic knowledge of fly fishing around the world. Great English and fishing etiquette, with local knowledge and access at a reasonable rate.

Gian took me on a half-day trip in May. We caught shad on small streamers. It was great fun, but the most important thing was that we fished for a short time, but successfully. He is a true professional and an excellent companion. This was my second trip with Gian and definitely not the last.

Gianluigi was a perfect guide, from choosing the spots to tips on casting. Always nice and helpful. I had an awesome day with him. The organization was great. I was able to concentrate fully on fishing because Gianluigi took care of everything else.

Gianluigi picked me up and arranged a full days fishing for me on my recent trip to Liguria. Well informed on all fresh & salt water fly fishing in the area, and had all the equipment (waders,rods,flies) to go along with the various types of fishing that Italy has to offer. The only negative: he opened the pandoras box to fishing in the region, which will now be at the forefront of my mind. Whether you are a beginner or experienced im sure he will get you hooked on some fish, and perhaps even some species you never knew existed. Looking forward to be on the water again sometime soon.

Gianluigi was extremely helpful. He gave me a lot of information both before I decided to use his services and after that. There were two of us with Gianluigi - me with 5 year experience in fly fishing and a friend of mine Darek who held fly fishing rod for the second time in his life (the first time was Polish nymphing, so a very specific type of fly fishing). In no time at all Gianluigi taught Darek the basic overhead and roll cast. I was amazed because it took me quite a time to learn it. And most of all - he guided us to a place where within 3 hours I caught 14 40+ cm trouts who fought like hell. I recommend Gianluigi to anybody who needs a professional and effective fly fishing guiding in Italy.
