Spiegare chi sono e come lo sono diventato senza parlare delle incontaminate realtà alpine della mia terra è ormai per me qualcosa di impossibile. L'ecologia, la storia, le leggende,le persone, i paesaggi mozzafiato, gli ecosistemi fluviali con i loro delicati meccanismi di equilibrio...questo è per me la pesca a mosca: contemplare e vivere un territorio,alla ricerca di un confronto leale con esseri liberi e veri come i luoghi selvaggi in cui vivono. “Molte persone vanno a pescare tutta la loro vita senza sapere che non non è il pesce che cercano” H. I booked him for targeting graylings, a species that I have had yet to catch.
Got to the river he chose and received some hints from him, it tooks me just a couple of minutes to hook the first one.

I wanted to fish for Marble Trout here in Italy. I requested to have someone take me to the river and show me where to fish. Francesco is the one I was connected with. Even though it was a long drive to the river it was an epic day for fly fishing. We’re sight fishing and Francesco put me on to so many fish all day. There is no better person to to take you fishing and tell you about his country history that he loves. I hope to return some day to fish again in the waters of Friuli. Thanks for a world class day for my memories.
Francesco knows perfectly the local rivers, expecially those in the Friuli's mountains. Is able to understand the goal of his customer and satisfy it. Moreover have human skills which you would like to find in your best friend. With this connection I had a fishing and a human experience.
My son wished to learn how to flyfishing so we decided to have a go. He had the best experience he could ever have!!!! Francesco had all organized and setted up, from the start to the end of the day so my son enjoyed every single moment of flyfishing. He taught him everuthing from the start and Matteo fished over than 40 Char by the end of the day. A really great experience in nature and love for this sport!!!! Thank you so much, we will plan another day for sure!!!!!
From the first day of fishing, Francesco became my friend and a great companion in an adventure with marble trout! Italy is beautiful! And this guy can show her fly fishing at its best!
